Miniature course in confined area, approx 10 fences maximum height 1.6ft.
Horse and Hound - miniature course to be ridden and then the rider leads a
dog around the course.
Optimum time. (This is set on an average clear round).

Class A – 8 years and under (may be lead).
Class B – 10 years and under (may be lead).
Class C – 10 years and under Horse & Hound
Rosettes to 6th place 6th Place

Course may be used for schooling throughout the day in any order

Max Height 2.3ft Open to any riders 12 years and under.

Class 2 - ATKINS SHEARING 12 & Under

Max height 2.3ft Open to any riders 12 years and under.

Class 3 - DESO OPEN PAIRS

Max Height 2.3ft (Shortened course), Entry fee £12 per pair.
Rosettes to 6th place and prizes 1st £20 2nd £12 3rd £8
The Winner to be presented with Hunters Inn Perpetual Challenge Cup

Class 4 - EASTLEIGH CARE HOMES OPEN

Max Height 2.3ft (Shortened course), Entry fee £8.00 Rosettes to 6th place

     Hunter trial main course max height 2.9ft
 

The following classes are run over the main course

Approx fence height 2’9”. There will be a number of alternative larger ’B’
fences on this course that apply to classes 5, 6 & 7. Riders can choose which
fences to jump, the B (Bonus) fences will incur a time reduction. All fences
will have a regular option as well as the ‘B’ (bonus’ fences) will be clearly
marked on the course map and on the course.

Class 5 – WHITE HORSE OPEN PAIRS

Pairs to ride over main course and must jump 3 dressing fences.
‘B’ fences optional, individual riders will be scored separately over the
optional fences. Each rider in the pair does not have to attempt the same
height fence.

Class 6 – AMHURST & SHAPLAND

Open to horses property of and ridden by bona fide D & S Members,
subscribers and Farmers & their families & Members of the DSSH Pony Club

Prize money 1st-£10 2nd-£7 3rd-£5 4th-£3
Stags head to winner

Winner to be presented with the Stoke Pero Cup

D & S pony club member 15 years and under to obtain a clear round to be
presented with the Somerclad Cup.

Best veteran (over 40) please state eligibility on entry form- to be presented
with the Casual Riding Cup.

Class 7 – The Leather Workshop Novice

Open to horses not to have won £30 or over in hunter or horse trials
Entry fee £10.00 Rosettes to 6th place Height 2.9 ft max
Vouchers to the value of 1st- £10 2nd- £7 3rd- £5 4th- £4

A short dog agility course £2.00 entry fee. Clear round entitles you to enter
into final against the clock.

Class 1 – Small (Terrier size) rosettes to 3rd place and prizes

Class 2 – Medium (Spaniel size) rosettes to 3rd place and prizes

Class 3 – Large (Collie / Labrador size) rosettes to 3rd place and prizes
